The hotel features stunning views and stylish decor, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Service was generally attentive, but I encountered some delays at breakfast which could be improved. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and appreciated the beautiful setting of Lake Como.

The stunning views from our Junior Suite with Lake View made every moment memorable. Breakfast featured delightful homemade cakes, and the staff's attentiveness made us feel truly special during our honeymoon. While the design of the hotel was modern and inviting, the ferry schedule could be a little sparse. Our private boat trip was lovely, but some additional dining options nearby would have enhanced our stay.

We rented bikes and explored the amazing lakeside paths. The pool was perfect for relaxing after our day trips to Bellagio and Varenna. The staff was friendly and super helpful with tips on where to eat and unwind. Definitely a great spot for group getaways!

One downside was the loud music from a nearby event that went on until late. It made it a bit hard to sleep at times.

I recently stayed in a Superior Double Room with Partial Lake View for 2 nights, and it was a remarkable experience. The breathtaking lake views from the room were truly captivating, and the attention to detail from the staff made everything feel special, from the warm welcome with refreshments to the creative dining at Roteo restaurant. While everything was fantastic, I did find the on-site dining a bit pricey compared to other options nearby.
